### Job Description:

Insurance Australia Group (IAG) is seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Administrative Associate to join our team in Canberra. As an Administrative Associate, you will play a critical role in supporting our day-to-day operations and contributing to our mission of providing exceptional service to our clients and stakeholders. ### Key Responsibilities:

- **Administrative Support:** Provide comprehensive administrative support to management and team members, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and handling correspondence.

- **Documentation Management:** Prepare, organize, and maintain documents, reports, and presentations. Ensure all materials are accurately formatted and proofed for distribution.

- **Communication:** Act as a point of contact for both internal and external stakeholders, addressing inquiries and providing information with professionalism and courtesy.

- **Project Coordination:** Assist in coordinating projects, including tracking progress, scheduling meetings, and following up on action items to ensure timely completion.

- **Data Entry and Reporting:** Input and maintain data in various systems, generate reports as required, and analyze data to support decision-making processes.

- **Team Collaboration:** Work closely with team members to support initiatives and ensure departmental goals are achieved. Promote a positive team environment by actively participating in team meetings and discussions.

- **Office Management:** Oversee office supplies inventory, procurement, and organizing office logistics to ensure a productive working environment.

- **Compliance and Record-Keeping:** Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, and maintain accurate records as required.

- **Customer Service:** Provide exceptional service to internal and external clients, ensuring their needs are met efficiently and effectively.

### Key Requirements:

- **Education:** A relevant certification or degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field is preferred.

- **Experience:** A minimum of 3 years of experience in an administrative role, ideally within the insurance or financial services industry.

- **Technical Skills:** Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and comfortable using various software applications and tools.

- **Personality Traits:**
