Sysco is seeking a dedicated and resourceful Administrative Assistant to join our dynamic team. **Responsibilities:**

- **Administrative Support:** Provide comprehensive administrative assistance to various departments, helping streamline operations and ensuring that team members have the resources they need.

- **Communication:** Efficiently manage emails, phone calls, and other correspondence to facilitate prompt responses and effective communication among team members and clients.

- **Scheduling & Calendar Management:** Organize and coordinate meetings, appointments, and events; assist in preparing agendas and taking minutes.

- **Document Preparation:** Prepare, format, and edit documents, reports, and presentations, ensuring accuracy and professional presentation.

- **Data Management:** Maintain and update internal databases and records, ensuring the integrity and accuracy of all information.

- **Team Collaboration:** Work closely with team members on various projects, sharing ideas and contributing creatively to problem-solving discussions.

- **Project Assistance:** Support specific projects as directed by management, which may involve research, data analysis, or logistics management.

- **Customer Support:** Assist in addressing inquiries or concerns from internal staff and external clients, effectively serving as a liaison when necessary.

- **Process Improvement:** Identify areas for improvement in existing administrative processes and propose innovative solutions to enhance efficiency.

**Requirements:**

- **Experience:** Minimum of 1 year of experience in an administrative support role or similar capacity.

- **Education:** A high school diploma is required; an associate degree in business administration or a related field is a plus.

- **Technical Skills:** Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook); familiarity with online collaboration tools (e.g., Slack, Zoom, Google Workspace) is preferred.

- **Personality Traits:**
