### Job Description

Judo Bank is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive **Administrative Assistant** to join our dynamic team in a work-from-home capacity. ### Key Responsibilities

- **Administrative Support:** Provide comprehensive administrative support to management and team members, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and organizing travel arrangements.

- **Communication Management:** Handle incoming communications, including emails and phone calls, professionally and promptly. Act as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.

- **Document Preparation:** Prepare, edit, and proofread documents, reports, and presentations. Ensure accuracy and consistency in all written communication.

- **Project Coordination:** Assist in the coordination of various projects, maintaining timelines and ensuring all deadlines are met. Support project managers in tracking project progress and following up on deliverables.

- **Meeting Coordination:** Organize and schedule team meetings, creating agendas, and distributing relevant materials beforehand. Take minutes during meetings and distribute them afterward for follow-up.

- **Database Management:** Maintain accurate and organized records in our digital filing system. Update client and team databases regularly and ensure data integrity is upheld.

- **Expense Management:** Assist with expense reports and budget tracking as required. Ensure all receipts and financial documentation are collected and properly processed.

- **Team Support:** Collaborate with team members on various tasks and projects as required, fostering a cooperative work environment and maintaining strong interdepartmental relationships.

- **Continuous Improvement:** Identify opportunities for improving administrative processes. Suggest and implement best practices for efficiency and productivity.

### Requirements

- **Education:** A degree in business administration, management, or a related field is preferred, but not mandatory.

- **Experience:** A minimum of 3 years of experience in an administrative support role, preferably in the banking or financial services sector.

- **Technical Skills:** Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and experience with project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello) and communication platforms (e.g., Slack, Zoom).

- **Personality Traits:**
- **Reliable:** Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple tasks effectively.
- **Energetic:** A positive and motivated individual who contributes to a vibrant team culture.
