About You The successful applicant will be focused on supporting the College Student Wellbeing Team in providing a quality Catholic education that is student centred, flexible and challenging.
Responsible to the College Leader of Student Wellbeing, the Assistant provides day to day administrative support to the Student Wellbeing Team including monitoring student attendance and providing support for College wellbeing initiatives and events.
To be successful for this role, you must demonstrate: a commitment to supporting a positive religious and cultural Catholic School environment a commitment to the care and wellbeing of students highly effective organisational skills with strong attention to detail highly developed communication and interpersonal skills a high standard of personal presentation an ability to work flexibly as part of a busy team an ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion with sensitive information  initiative in using / adopting ICTs to facilitate administrative tasks a willingness to undergo any relevant training appropriate for the role.
The Role The role of the Assistant to the Wellbeing Team includes (but is not limited to): provide high-level professional administration support to the Leader of Student Wellbeing and College Wellbeing Team take minutes for various meetings chaired by the Leader of Student Wellbeing or other members of the College Leadership Team collaborate with College Leadership and the College Wellbeing Team to coordinate wellbeing events and initiatives monitor student attendance and provide information to the College Wellbeing Team regarding student attendance matters contact College families to arrange meetings as required attend office administration and whole staff meetings, as required perform other administrative tasks and duties as determined by the Leader of Student Wellbeing or College Principal.
