Applications are invited for the role of Administrative Assistant – Sport at our Glen Waverley campus for a full-time temporary contract (leave replacement), starting 24 October 2024 to 28 February 2025.
The Administrative Assistant - Sport provides personal assistance to the Campus Sports Manager and occasional assistance to other Sports Directorate staff.
Responsibilities include:
Preparation and dissemination of sport information to staff, students, parents, and external/internal coaching staff. Organisation of sport meetings/functions, including catering and facility bookings. Input and maintenance of sport information in the college database systems including Clipboard, Synergetic, TechOne, and WiSE. Preparation of sport colour awards, team awards, PowerPoint presentations, correspondence, confidential reports, manuals, sporting records, publications, policies, forms, contact lists, and purchase orders. Attending to outgoing/incoming mail, email, telephone enquiries/voicemail messages, and other miscellaneous tasks to ensure the efficient function of the Sports Directorate.
