This position contributes to the efficient and effective operation of the Business Services Unit (BSU) in the Public Trustee by providing administrative support.

We are seeking an outgoing, organised and empathetic person, with a strong attention to detail, to join us in this client-facing role. As the first point of contact in reception, you'd be the "face" of the Public Trustee, Hobart.
Your new role will primarily be responsible for reception duties, directing all incoming calls and completing administration tasks.
You must be able to work full time, in the office, between the hours of 8.45am – 5.06pm Monday to Friday.
