youth and families. In the role as Administrative Assistant: Reception, you will have the opportunity to:
• Greet and assist visitors who are calling and/or visiting the agency, including our children, youth, young
adults, caregivers, families, and community members when picking up items such as bus passes/tickets,
cheques, vouchers, letters etc.
• Support the office by coordinating orders of office supplies, furniture, bus tickets, and other essential items,
managing the company vehicles and any required maintenance, and provide general administrative support
to various teams throughout the organization.
• Use your communication skills when liaising with vendors and suppliers regarding equipment such as
printers, copiers and postal machines.
• Tap into your creative skills, designing and distributing the agency's Dream Speaker newsletter on a
quarterly basis.
• Assists with the coordination of the 'Lifebook' program and serves as point of contact for MCFD offices
throughout B.C.

Wage: $50,190.94-$56,490.35 annually, depending on experience.
