Your experience in the pool industry will be invaluable in managing administrative tasks including inventory management, contributing to the overall success of the company.Key Responsibilities:Administrative Duties: Manage daily office operations and provide administrative support to various departments. Coordinate and schedule meetings,answer client enquiries Maintain organized filing systems and manage office supplies inventory. Prepare and edit correspondence and reports Handle incoming calls, emails, and mail, directing them to the appropriate contacts.Purchasing Duties: Source, negotiate, and purchase materials, equipment, and supplies specific to the pool industry. Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers and vendors. Monitor inventory levels and manage procurement processes. Prepare purchase orders and ensure timely delivery of goods.
