As our Administrative Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting the day-to-day operations of the agency. You'll be responsible for managing administrative tasks, coordinating with internal teams, and ensuring the smooth operation of our office. Duties include but not limited to: Provide general administrative support to the management team and staffManage office operations including supplies, scheduling, and correspondenceAssist in organizing client meetings, preparing presentations, and maintaining filesCoordinate with vendors and service providers to ensure smooth project executionHandle client inquiries and provide excellent customer serviceMaintain databases, client records, and documents with a high level of accuracyAssist in the planning and execution of company events and projects Qualification & Skills: Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detailProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)Excellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a collaborative teamA proactive and positive attitude with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectivelyInterest or experience in marketing/media is a plus but not required
