Bright and friendly personality with good people skills.A strong organiser who has drive and is consistently reliable.Able to work individually demonstrating initiative, but also willing and capable to work as part of a team.Confident communicator and ability to effectively liaise with team members and clients.Excellent problem-solving skills with a common-sense approach.Our ideal candidate: 2-3 years experience as admin for electrical company or similar trade business.Proven experience and tendency to want to create and improve systems and processes.Competent in using standard Microsoft software such as Word and Excel.Experience in using a cloud-based Job Management System - Simpro experience preferred.This position will report to the Director and is required to undertake the general administration of the business to ensure the operational, management and other key functions can operate effectively and efficiently. The successful candidate will be directly responsible for:
Being the 'face of the business' as the first point of contact: answering telephone calls, emails, and other correspondence.Entering, maintaining, and managing tasks and schedules in Simpro our job management system from start to finish.Maintaining the workflow to the highest of standards.Raising Purchase Orders for Materials and following up on orders placed.Having knowledge of Accounts Payable/Receivable processing, entering and generating invoices.Chasing overdue invoices and managing debtors.Delivering exceptional customer service to our clients.Being experienced using XERO (ideally or another similar accounting package).Collating timesheets ready for payroll.Estimation and tender preparation for project works.Managing and administering general administration functions for the business and Director.Being a key member in the growth and development of a growing player in the industry.Pivotal Power has been trading since 2015, specializing in high-end residential new builds and renovations, home automation, and light commercial works.

We are committed to delivering high standards at every level of the business, including all points of contact from the team onsite, over the phone, via email, or in person to deliver consistency across the board.
We are looking for a superstar admin to help us navigate this busy period, assist with customer relationships new and existing, and build on the solid foundations already in place to help us grow to our potential.
