Eastern Palliative Care Association Incorporated, is a not-for-profit organisation that provides home-based specialist palliative care to clients and their carers living within the Eastern Metropolitan Region of Melbourne.

Your role is to support various administrative roles such as Team Administrator, Intake Admin, CIP (Reception), Client Resource Coordinator, and other admin roles within the organisation. Delivering a service in a framework of Value Based Health Care is an essential part of working at EPC and you will be expected to positively contribute to the maintenance of an environment that promotes personal integrity, respect, safety and security for all individuals within the team, for our clients, and wider organisation.
CASUAL ROLE – Monday to Fridays only – covering multiple roles- at both Mitcham and Kew offices To be successful, you will have the following:
Qualification in office administration or other relevant experience essentialProven experience in a busy administrative role essential (preferably in the healthcare area)Experience in an office environment with a high number of calls coming inAdvanced Data Management and computer skills, including ExcelHigh level of organisational and time management skills with attention to detailAbility to prioritise workload is essentialAbility to recognise sensitivity at work and maintain privacyPlease see the Position Description attached or on our website (www.epc.asn.au).
