Rehabilitation, Aged and Palliative Care Services at the Southern Adelaide Local Health Network (SALHN) provides team based care for older people, people who are living with a disability, and people with a life-limiting illness.
About the role: Reporting to the Medical Administrative Officer in (DivRAP), as the Administration assistant you will be providing administrative support to the Medical Administrative Officer by contributing to the efficient operations of the human resource processes for medical staff and providing administrative support to Heads of Unit within the Rehabilitation and Aged Care (Geriatric Care) within the RAP Division.
Duties for this role include: Provide a wide range of administrative related support services that contributes to the effective operation of human resources functions relating to medical staff, trainee medical officers (TMOs) and to provide administrative support to the Heads of Unit for Rehabilitation and Geriatrics, Assist with following-up and submitting Credentialling applications in preparation for Credentialling Committee which includes uploading documents, updating and maintaining lists on databases, Contributing to the development of an integrated team approach and culture which is highly responsive to the needs of our consumers, Accurate and timely processing and/or editing of documents including confidential material, as instructed.
About you: Interpersonal skills consistent with providing high quality customer service, Proven experience in advance computing skills, including email, word processing, spread sheets, data-bases and data entry, High level organisational skills and ability to adapt to changing priorities, Demonstrated ability to handle and manage confidential and sensitive information.
