The Company Our client, a well-established Top 100 Accounting Firm located in Balwyn, is seeking a skilled Administrator to join their team on a temporary basis. 
The Role This is a 7-month maternity cover role that provides an excellent opportunity to work in a dynamic and professional environment.
Administrative Duties Client interactions and dealing with queries.Liaise with the ATO, Centrelink or other government body request for information. Manage database and ensure it is kept up-to-date.Collation of tax returns, financial statements, and activity statements.ASIC compliance - (Annual Reviews, payment reminders, prepare & lodge ASIC forms, incorporation of new companies etc.).Filing, scanning & other ad-hoc administrative duties.Reception relief.About you Minimum of 12 months similar experience within an Accounting Practice or Professional Service environment.Basic understanding of tax and accounting matters.Proficient with MYOB AE software (essential) - Experience using NowInfinity or Fuse Docs is a plus!A bubbly individual with excellent communication skills (including phone manner) and presentation.
