DQ Electrical Services is seeking a highly organized and dynamic Admin/Marketing Specialist to join our team. This role is essential in ensuring the smooth operation of our office and enhancing our marketing efforts to drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Administrative Duties:
Manage office operations, including scheduling, correspondence, and record-keeping.
Handle customer inquiries, providing excellent customer service.
Maintain and update company databases and contact lists.
Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and events.
2. Marketing Duties:
Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote DQ Electrical Services.
Create engaging content for social media, email campaigns, and the company website.
Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics to optimize campaigns.
Design promotional materials such as flyers, brochures, and advertisements.
Assist in organizing and attending promotional events and trade shows.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in an administrative and/or marketing role.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and marketing software/tools (e.g., CRM, email marketing platforms).
Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in the solar or electrical services industry.
Familiarity with graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva).
