Ayres Automotive, a third-generation, mechanical workshop in Traralgon, is looking for a dedicated Administrative Assistant to join our growing team.

The Role:
As our Administrative Assistant , you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth running of our workshop. You'll be the first point of contact for our valued clients, and your organisational skills will help keep our team on track.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet customers and manage phone and email enquiries professionally. Coordinate bookings and assist with scheduling vehicle services and repairs. Maintain accurate records of customer information, job cards, and invoices. Support parts ordering, stock control, and processing returns. Assist with maintaining a clean and organised office environment. Handle customer feedback and follow-up with the service team to ensure client satisfaction. What We're Looking For:
Strong organisational and time management skills. Excellent communication skills with a friendly and professional demeanour. Attention to detail and the ability to multitask. Proficiency in using office software (experience with Trello, Mechanics desk or similar workflow systems is a bonus). Previous experience in an admin or customer service role (experience in automotive or mechanical workshops is an advantage, but not essential). Why Join Ayres Automotive?
