Administration Assistant – 6 MonthContract Global Medical Technology Company Location: Macquarie Park| Immediate Start Client Overview
Our client, a globally recognized leader in medical technology, is located in Macquarie Park. With a reputation for pioneering innovations in their field, they are looking for a competent Administration Assistant to join their high-performing team.

Job Description
In this role, you will support senior management with a variety of administrative tasks, including:

Managing phone calls, filing, and preparing general correspondence with minimal supervision.Maintaining the calendar and schedule for management, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.Coordinating meetings, events, and domestic/international travel in line with company policies.Establishing and maintaining relationships with external vendors, including hotels, restaurants, event agencies, and entertainment providers.Assisting with travel arrangements, expense processing, business presentations, and preparing meeting minutes.Key Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will have:

Extensive administrative experience and a proactive, can-do attitude.Ability to build strong relationships both internally and externally.Excellent organizational and time management skills.Strong written and verbal communication skills at all levels.Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, etc.).Strong problem-solving, critical thinking, and analytical skills.Exceptional attention to detail, with the ability to manage confidential information.Ability to prioritize competing tasks in a fast-paced environment.Self-motivation and goal orientation, with a high level of energy.Two COVID vaccinations are required due to the nature of the industry.Why Join?
