Our People Awards - On-the-spot Recognition, Quarterly Values Awards & Our People Annual Awards Access to our Employee Assistance Program Duties As an Administration Assistant, you will: Provide a range of administrative and support services, including records management, routine correspondence, meeting and event coordination, to support the effective operation of the customer outcomes team. Monitor and triage queries and communicate with relevant parties as required. Collect information for, and prepare documentation and correspondence in line with quality and organisational requirements, to support information flow and inform decision making. Promote positive working relationships with external stakeholders. Complete weekly and monthly reporting as required by the customer outcomes team. Complete routine financial transactions and purchasing services, ensuring compliance with standards and procedures. Respond to enquiries, and escalate and redirect issues as required, to ensure the provision of accurate information. Skills & Experience Experience in a similar role, with an understanding of the insurance industry. Prior experience and understanding of workers compensation is preferred. Prior experience in a legal environment is preferred. Experience with Microsoft Office Suite.
