Are you organised, detail-oriented, and amazing with time management?
We're looking for a dedicated Administrative Assistant to support our team.
Responsibilities: Calendar management and coordinating schedules effectively to optimise time and productivity. Answering and triaging incoming calls with professionalism and a friendly demeanour. Assisting with basic document preparation as needed. Collaborating with team members to ensure smooth office operations. Qualifications: Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook). Experience with Smokeball software is a plus, but not required—we provide training. Strong communication skills and a customer service-oriented mindset. Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail. Experience: Microsoft Office: 1 year (Required); Administration: 1 year (Required). Work Authorisation: Australia (Required). Job Types: Part-time, Permanent
Pay: $30.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 per week
Benefits: Work from home Schedule: Monday to Friday Work Location: Hybrid remote in Sydney, NSW 2000
