**Job Description:**
We are currently seeking a dedicated and efficient Administrative Assistant to join our dynamic team in Sydney. This is a part-time position ideal for individuals with a passion for organization, teamwork, and strategic planning. The Administrative Assistant will play a critical role in supporting our operational needs and ensuring the smooth functioning of our departments.

**Key Responsibilities:**

1. **Administrative Support**
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to management and office staff.
- Maintain and organize digital and hard copy files, ensuring efficient document retrieval and management.
- Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and make travel arrangements as needed.
- Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and correspondence.

2. **Communication and Collaboration**
- Serve as a point of contact for internal and external communications.
- Collaborate with colleagues across various time zones and departments to facilitate smooth operations.
- Draft, edit, and distribute communications to ensure clarity and professionalism.

3. **Organizational Management**
- Implement and maintain office organizational systems to enhance efficiency.
- Assist with strategic planning initiatives by gathering and analyzing data, preparing summaries, and distributing relevant information.
- Participate in team meetings, contributing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.

4. **Project Coordination**
- Support specific projects from conception through to completion, tracking progress and making adjustments as necessary.
- Manage day-to-day project requirements and ensure timelines are met.
- Coordinate events, workshops, and training sessions, including logistics and post-event follow-ups.

5. **Resource Management**
- Oversee office supplies procurement, ensuring that inventory levels are maintained.
- Assist with tasks related to budget management, including tracking expenses and preparing reports.

6. **Customer Service**
- Provide outstanding service to internal and external stakeholders by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Develop and maintain strong working relationships with clients, vendors, and interdisciplinary teams.

**Requirements:**

- **Education:**
- A minimum of an Associate's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.

- **Experience:**
- At least 3 years of experience in an administrative support or similar role.

- **Skills:**
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and familiarity with office management software.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
