This is a national firm that specializes in working with high net worth clients including celebrities.
Key Responsibilities Collaborating with the wider team to ensure an exceptional, value-adding and quality client experience.Providing general administrative support including handling queries and correspondence, phone calls, office supplies, and assisting the wider team.Supporting business functions by preparing client documentation, assisting with data entry, file organization and other ad hoc tasks.Supporting the team with ASIC documentation, managing ASIC compliance, preparing and lodging forms.Ensuring attention to detail across all areas of administration.About You Demonstrated previous experience in a role within administration, preferably within professional services.Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly and professional attitude.Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask.High attention to detail.Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams).Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.If this sounds like a role you might be interested in, please let me know.
