THE OPPORTUNITY
We are seeking an Office Junior/Administration Assistant who is enthusiastic and proactive to join our business. This is a role for someone who is looking to take the next step with their career into Office Support. By providing on-going administrative support to the team, you will be a highly valued member of the business. This is a great opportunity for a recent graduate or school leaver with a small amount of experience, wanting to learn more about the business environment and build upon administration skills.
Reporting to the Operations Manager the Office Administrator plays a vital role within the business, assisting the transactional and technical team with a range of administrative and professional services support.
Key responsibilities: Be the face of Lumina, supporting internal and external clients with all levels of customer service and administrative supportAssisting with general enquiries answering via phone and emailSupporting with a wide range of office coordination duties such as scanning, filing, franking mail and posting and ordering couriersMaintaining office, kitchen and meeting room cleanliness, whilst ensuring office supplies and equipment stock levels are met and kept on top of Meet clients that come to the office environment and ensure they have been provided with exceptional service and supportSetting up for meeting rooms ensuring the environment is fully stocked e.g. making coffees, providing water supplies and any office equipment required Provide administrative and data entry support ensuring accuracy and attention to detail throughoutAssist with fee and work in progress meeting administrative tasksEnsure information within our database is accurate and sorted correctly so that data can be located efficientlyAbility to utilise office systems and resources to complete tasks efficientlyDelivery of a high standard of work within specified deadlines, and management of competing deadlines Lumina values Excellence in everythingIntegrity is our valueLuminary in financeGreat vibesRespect for allProfessional excellence WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED Excellent written and verbal communication skillsDelivery of work on time and to a consistently high standard.Ability to perform as an effective member of a team.Contribute to maintenance of excellent client relations: generate positive client feedback and zero negative feedback.Demonstrated commitment to teamwork, integrity and professional excellence.Strong interpersonal skills, bubbly and enthusiastic YOUR EXPERIENCE Experience in Administrative office support position is preferred but not requiredStrong skill set with all Microsoft suit- Excel, word, PowerPointQualification in Business administration is preferred however not required HOW TO JOIN US
