Responsibilities: 1. Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office. 2. Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and other inquiries. 3. Manage schedules, calendars, and appointments for executives or team members. 4. Prepare and distribute correspondence, memos, letters, and forms. 5. Maintain electronic and physical filing systems, including data entry and document management. 6. Coordinate and schedule meetings, conferences, and travel arrangements. 7. Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and meeting materials. 8. Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries. 9. Order office supplies and maintain inventory levels. 10. Assist with basic bookkeeping tasks, such as invoicing, expense tracking, and reimbursements. 11. Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion and professionalism. 12. Provide general support to visitors and clients, including greeting and directing them to appropriate personnel. 13. Collaborate with other administrative staff to ensure smooth office operations. 14. Perform other administrative tasks and special projects as assigned. Qualifications: 1. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). 2. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. 3. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. 4. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively. 5. Professional demeanor and customer service orientation. 6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 7. Discretion and confidentiality when handling sensitive information. 8. Previous experience in specific industries or with specialized software may be required for certain positions.
