Life Skills and Transition Center - Grafton, ND - Administrative Assistant Work Shift : 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM Monday - FridayHiring Range : $2,951 - $4,918 per monthStatus: Full time benefitted positionAs an Administrative Assistant you will work within Therapy Services. In this position you will provide administrative support to PT, OT, SLP and Adaptive Equipment Staff by managing paper files as well as electronic filing and scanning of therapy documents. This Administrative Assistant I position is responsible for providing continuity of services to people served through provision of administrative/office support services for Therapy Services Area that includes Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, Speech Therapy and Adaptive Equipment Services. In addition, this position will provide clerical services for Support Plan, Preplanning meetings at the LSTC for people served. Overall duties include but are not limited to: receptionist duties for the Therapy Services work area, scheduling meetings and treatments for therapists as directed, maintaining department filing both paper and electronic, maintaining departmental supplies, sanitization of department treatment areas and supplies, recording of meeting minutes and record keeping related to meeting minutes, management of documentation for therapy service staff as directed including sending and receiving fax information, preparing data in report format, preparation of document for evaluations and therapy treatment plans, answering phones, greeting/screening employees and people served, preparation of the support plan document including key and storing documentation for LSTC support plan and pre meetings, and other miscellaneous duties as assigned. In addition, this position will be responsible for insurance and billing tasks related to outpatient therapy services.To be considered for this position, you are required to have a high school diploma or GED.
