ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY
This is an exciting opportunity to join this high-performing and supportive administration team, with the potential to learn and develop new skills. As an experienced administration professional, you have the ability to demonstrate your problem-solving and computer skills as well as provide excellent customer service, whilst meeting high volumes of work and adhering to competing deadlines.
This company prepares large volumes of technical documentation making persuasive arguments on behalf of clients. Through written prose and graphics, our correspondence, reports and presentations lead the industry in presenting complex development proposals in an approachable manner. The review and quality control of document production, ensuring that every document leaving the office meets our high-quality standards, is a significant part of this role.
As they continue to service a growing client base, we seek enthusiastic, motivated people. Our administration team prides itself on their attention to detail and ability to meet strict deadlines.
The role will include (but not limited to):
Administration activities and assistance as part of a core team.Operational administration and application of processes and procedures.Input into quality management.Creation and management of records.Document preparation and review.Managing highly confidential information.Administration assistance to selected personnel (including but not limited to email and calendar monitoring and management). We have established an efficient, highly skilled yet diverse team. As a key member, you will ideally possess:
Previous experience in a similar role.Professional, warm and enthusiastic outlook with a "can-do" attitude.Proficient in MS Office suite (i.e. Word, Excel and Outlook).Document formatting experience is highly desirable.Prior use of Adobe Acrobat, including manipulation of Adobe PDF documentation.Proactive and capable of anticipating workloads.Familiarity with SharePoint is an advantage, but not critical.Essential to the Role:
Capable of working in a busy and demanding environment while managing multiple priorities.Resilient, respectful and takes initiative.Ability to meet tight deadlines and be flexible to achieve clients' expectations.Keen attention to detail with strong verbal and written communication skills a must.
