Administrative Assistant

About the role

We are seeking a highly organised and efficient Administrative Assistant to join our team at Core Physiotherapy & Pilates Studio in Adelaide, SA. This is a full-time role that will provide crucial administrative support. Previous Administrative experience is NOT NEEDED  
What you'll be doing Manage and maintain office organisation, filing systems, and inventoryProvide exceptional customer service to stakeholders, both in-person and over the phoneCoordinate and schedule appointments, meetings, and eventsAssist with billing, invoicing, and other financial tasksPerform general administrative duties such as data entry, typing, and photocopyingSupport the team with any other ad-hoc tasks as requiredWhat we're looking for You DO NOT need Previous experience in an administrative or office support roleStrong organisational and time management skillsExcellent written and verbal communication abilitiesAbility to work independently and as part of a teamAttention to detail and a commitment to providing high-quality workWhat we offer
