Administrative Assistant Salary: £25,458 - £26,565 per annum 40 Hours per week, 52 weeks per year We have an exciting opportunity for an Administration Assistant to join the Trust, based from Ruskin Mill, Nailsworth, to work in the office of the Director of Colleges with the responsibility for administrative functions. With the Trust rapidly growing in size, this is an exciting time to join us and become part of our team.
You will be responsible for the undertaking of routine administrative duties, secretarial support, residential compliance assistance, the preparation of reports, dealing with incoming telephone calls, support with visitors, organising and scheduling meetings, diary management as well as many other administrative tasks.
You will need excellent communication skills, attention to detail, be able to demonstrate proficient IT skills including Word, Excel and PowerPoint as well as being organised, effective and efficient.
Ideally, you will have previous experience in an administrative or office support role.
