We are looking for an organised and motivated individual who is eager to provide exceptional administrative support.
Our team are committed to providing exceptional service to our clients whilst managing your own lifestyle and wellbeing.What does a standard week look like?Answering and directing calls in a professional mannerPreparing boardroom, welcoming clients and clearing the boardroom for further useDeliveries and collections within the CBDFiling (physical and electronic)Collecting, processing and distributing mailElectronic filing of court documentsScanning, printing and archivingTidying and stocking the office, kitchen and stationery areasAssisting the Legal Secretary team with tasksCoordinating office functionsAny other ad-hoc administrative tasks as your skills growSkills and Experiences:Who are you?The ideal candidate will have:strong MS Office proficiencya strong work ethicgreat organisational skillsself-management skills and the ability to prioritise tasksattention to detailexcellent communications skillsWe prioritise team success, and an attitude that we should all lift-up those we work with.
