About the role Mercy Community Aged Care services are on the lookout for an Administrative Assistant to join our team based in Rockhampton on a permanent part time basis.
The role is responsible for providing a range of administrative, reception and customer service duties in support of service delivery to residents, managers, staff and visitors.
This role will include but not limited to: Accept and respond to telephone calls and reception enquiries including redirection or delivery of messages.
Manage and maintain assigned registers and databases with accuracy in a timely manner Manage meeting bookings and confirmations as required including assistance with preparation, collation and distribution of meeting materials as required.
Monitor and manage stationery and office equipment supplies and arrange orders as required About you : As the successful applicant, you will possess: Relevant qualification in business administration or equivalent experience.
Demonstrated intermediate ability to use computer IT systems including MS Word and Excel.
Excellent customer service, interpersonal and communication skill.
Strong organisational and time management skills and ability to effectively manage competing priorities.
