Administration and Office Support role has become available in our insurance business. We have been in business for over 30 years, servicing clients all over Australia. This opening presents a unique opportunity to learn the industry inside out, from extremely experienced and driven Insurance professionals. For the right person, who is hungry, hard working and determined to make their way in the industry, the sky is the limit for where a career in our insurance business can take them.
Job Overview: We want to bring on a person who is inquisitive, has great customer service skills, extremely motivated, hard working and most of all, who wants to learn the ins and outs of everything that the insurance industry entails. A desire to learn and to always want to continue to learn is a must. The job can be challenging at times, but extremely rewarding. Every day you will get to talk to new & existing clients about their insurance needs, and most of all, assist them in being covered for unexpected events. Being positive and outgoing are key, as the core of our business is our people, and ensuring that our team is united is crucial. We all enjoy having a laugh at the office and most of all, being part of a family that cares for one another. Our business is unique in our treatment of staff members as our people are the backbone of the business, and we make sure that everyone knows that.
Key Responsibilities: Servicing and maintaining our current (and growing) client database and client filesProvide excellent customer serviceLiaise with clients and insurance companies on the phone and face to faceGeneral administration dutiesEnsure all relevant compliance obligations and requirements are met at all times and complete any required continuing compliance and product training*Duties may be subject to change as required.

Able to maintain confidentiality in all situationsProfessional, courteous and have a positive attitudeAble to work autonomously and in a team environmentPunctual and reliable with a strong work ethicComputer literate with experience working with Microsoft ApplicationsStrong written and verbal communication skills with excellent phone mannerWell organised with excellent attention to detailEfficient typing skillsWilling to undertake training #J-18808-Ljbffr
