Our ambition is to help you achieve your goals.The roleOur Employment practice group have an exciting opportunity for a customer service superstar who is looking to start their administrative career with a friendly and fast paced team.This role is a 12-month parental leave cover working Monday to Friday, 8:30 am to 5:00 pm.As an Administrative Assistant you will play a pivotal role working closely with our Legal Assistants to provide administrative support to legal and business services staff to enhance our client experience.Some of your responsibilities will include:Assisting with diary management and travel arrangements,Completing administrative tasks such as scanning, printing, or photocopying,Assisting with document creation, editing, formatting, and finalisation,Preparing files for archiving and manage return and retrieval of files following firm guidelines, andProviding ad-hoc support to the practice groups such as dealing with incoming mail, expense management, booking meeting rooms, amending documents and any other administrative duties.About youThe successful candidate possess the following:Excellent written and verbal communication skills,A team-oriented approach,Exceptional attention to detail,Strong understanding of Microsoft Office,Exceptional time management skills and the ability to manage priorities,Resilience and a commitment to excellence, andAbility to think on your feet and adapt to a fast-paced environment.What We OfferWe will provide opportunities to learn on the job as well as a mix of learning opportunities tailored to you.
