Job Description:We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Administrative Assistant. The ideal candidate will excel at multitasking, prioritizing tasks, and maintaining a well-organized work environment. This role involves back-end administrative work, following up with institutions and clients, and requires proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word.
Responsibilities:

Multitask and prioritize daily administrative tasks to ensure the smooth operation of the office.
Organize and maintain files, records, and other important documents.
Follow up with institutions and clients to ensure timely communication and resolution of queries.
Perform back-end administrative tasks to support the overall efficiency of the office.
Proficiently use Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word for data entry, reporting, and document creation.
Follow instructions accurately and execute tasks with a high level of attention to detail.
Quickly learn new processes and adapt to changing work requirements.

Qualifications:

Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to follow instructions and execute tasks with precision.
Quick learner with the ability to adapt to new processes efficiently.
High attention to detail and accuracy.
