Welcome to the Bertram Cottages job board! We are currently seeking an organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Administrative Assistant. As an Administrative Assistant, you will play a crucial role in providing support to various departments within Bertram Cottages, contributing to a smooth and efficient operation.
Job Responsibilities: Provide administrative support to the management team and other departments as needed.Perform data entry, document management, and filing tasks.Answer phone calls, respond to emails, and handle general inquiries.Schedule appointments, meetings, and manage calendars.Prepare and distribute correspondence, memos, and reports.Coordinate travel arrangements and accommodations.Order and maintain office supplies and equipment.Assist with basic accounting tasks, such as invoicing and expense tracking.Collaborate with team members to ensure effective communication and coordination.Qualifications: Previous experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role is preferred.Proficient in using office software, including word processing, spreadsheet, and presentation tools.Excellent organizational and time management skills.Strong attention to detail and accuracy.Effective communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.Basic knowledge of accounting and bookkeeping principles is a plus.Availability to work flexible schedules, as required.We appreciate your interest in joining our team.
