NES Fircroft are working alongside an Oil & Gas organisation seeking an Administrative Assistant to join their team. Job Title: Administrative Assistant Location: Perth, CBD Length of Contract: 12 months Hours: Monday to Friday, 8 hour days Start Date: June 2024 Position Description:Responsible for visitor pass management, visitor sign in/out, attending to main phone line, ensuring visitors are received by their host, taking and ensuring messages are passed to the appropriate staff member on a timely basis.Maintain and restock office consumables, Stationery and kitchen supplies.Assisting with the mobilisation of staff including compliance checks eg; police clearances, booking medicals, checking working rights.Assist with ensuring a functional office environment by managing seating allocations and office furnishing are in a serviceable condition.Provide administrative support to staff travel which could include, raising of PRs, travel arrangements, booking flights and accommodation on a large scale.Training administration– Support operational departments with high risks ticket and certification renewals.Support HR with employee change requests through submission of Database notifications.Support event coordination activities, including arranging catering, post-event housekeeping and coordinating itineraries for visitors and managing and booking meetings.Any other duties as reasonably tasked by immediate Manager.
