Job Description:
Freddie Mac is seeking a part-time Administrative Assistant to join our team in Perth, Western Australia. As an Associate Level Administrative Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our team of professionals, working closely with senior management to ensure the smooth operation of the office.
Responsibilities:- Manage and coordinate office activities and operations to ensure efficiency and compliance with company policies- Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documents- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails and phone calls- Schedule appointments and maintain calendars for senior management- Organize and maintain physical and electronic files and records- Coordinate travel arrangements and manage expenses- Assist with event planning and coordination- Perform other administrative tasks as assigned
Requirements:- Minimum of 4 years of experience in an administrative role- Independent and driven with excellent time management skills- Strong problem-solving and creativity skills- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills- Ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
