This role is part time (3 days per week) working from our Mascot office.
The Administration Assistant plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient functioning of our office.Act as the first point of contact for all workplace visitors; welcoming all visitors in a professional and friendly manner and effectively dealing with face to face enquiries and/or client pickupsEnsuring the smooth running of the office including adequate office supplies (groceries, stationary etc)Managing general incoming calls and enquiriesManagement of office access, including office keys, swipe passes and car park accessManaging freight requirements including dispatch of product and coordinating with freight / couriersAssisting with stock management, on conjunction with sales supportProviding local support for Human Resources including new staff set up and inductions and facilitating local Workplace Health and Safety requirementsCoordinating business travelProvide administration for vehicle fleet, including arranging and paying for registration and insuranceCoordinating activities associated with the maintenance of building facilities and property maintenance, including establishing and maintaining a positive relationship with landlords and property managersCoordinating physical file archivingCreating and maintaining administration process and proceduresOrganisation of functions, events and catering as requiredWho we are looking forPrevious experience in an administration roleAbility to manage time, prioritise tasks and meet deadlinesSelf-motivated with the ability to work autonomouslyMeticulous attention to detailExcellent problem-solving skills and initiativeEnergetic and enthusiastic with a positive attitudeExperience supporting multiple stakeholdersWhat we offerA friendly team environment with a strong technical support networkOpportunity to work with the IT industry's latest technologiesInternal career growth for high performers and IT super-starsCost price on products from our suppliersWhat we doNew Era Technology is a global technology solutions provider with 4,500+ employees and offices around the world.
