In this role you will work within a dedicated team who provide care to our highly valued aged care clients. You will be responsible for, but not limited to:Answering calls and welcoming clients to the office,Undertaking data entry using relevant software packages,Managing incoming and outgoing postal and electronic mail, andPrinting, binding, scanning and filing documentation.About you:We believe our clients deserve extraordinary support and care. While industry qualifications are important, we also look for the right person with the right values to fit our team. We're looking for someone who:Has a genuine interest in the aged care industry,Can communicate effectively with our clients, family members and staff,Has previous experience in an administrative support role (experience in aged care or the health sector will be highly regarded), andIdeally holds a relevant qualification (i.e., Certificate IV in Business, or otherwise).About us:The Forrest Centre is founded on spiritual support and personal connection, we are a Riverina-based aged care provider.
