RWW Group is a dynamic and innovative company committed to delivering exceptional service to our clients across various industry's.
We are currently seeking a dedicated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative and also act as an Admin Assistant to the operations team and team leader.
This will bring a key link between the two departments.
Role Responsibilities: Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via email and phone. Provide accurate information about our products/services and assist customers with any issues or concerns they may have. Utilise Zendesk for customer interactions and MYOB to manage sales orders/purchase orders etc. Learn and stay updated on our internal processes, policies, and product knowledge to provide comprehensive support. Maintain a high level of professionalism, empathy, and patience in all customer interactions. Requirements: Previous experience in customer service or a related field is preferred. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. Familiarity with Zendesk and MYOB would be a benefit, however a willingness to learn and adapt to new software is key. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think on the go. Detail-oriented with strong organisational and time-management skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment. A positive attitude and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. Working Hours: General 38 hour week. Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $28.00 – $35.00 per hour
Expected hours: 38 per week
