Emmaus College is a proudly Catholic co-educational regional College in the eastern suburbs of Melbourne established in 1980.
The College operates over two campuses, at Vermont South and Burwood.
In 2025, our College will expand to be a K to 12 school, with the addition of our Holy Saviour campus, incorporating Prep to Year 6 classes and a kindergarten.
Administrative AssistantThe College seeks an Administrative Assistant, preferably with experience in a school context, to join our Business Team.
The role will encompass a variety of administrative tasks including managing telephone and email enquiries, supporting visitors to the College, particularly with compliance requirements, data management and quality customer service.
Familiarity with a range of basic printing techniques will be an advantage.
Competence in Office 365 software is required along with familiarity with general office routines and systems.
Strong interpersonal communication skills are essential, particularly telephone skills.
The ability to sensitively manage confidential data is essential.
The successful applicant will be committed to the ethos of a Catholic school.
Daily hours are 8.00am - 4.00pm.
The role commences in January 2025 (or by negotiation) and is a full-time ongoing role.
