Coxlease School is an independent specialist day school, located near Lyndhurst, Hampshire - a beautiful setting in the heart of the New Forest.
We are proud of our excellent reputation for providing highly effective education, care, therapy, welfare, and support for up to 107 pupils aged 5 to 19 years old who have difficulties regulating their emotional, social, and mental health needs.

We are looking for a professional and highly effective administrator (term-time only) to coordinate and organize the annual review process for Clay Hill School.
The successful applicant will be the first point of contact for local authorities, parents, and other professional bodies involved with the annual review process.
Duties will include working closely with the SENCo and teaching team of Clay Hill School, booking annual reviews, completing paperwork, and working to tight legal deadlines.
In addition to supporting the annual review process, there will be times when you will be required to support other members of the administration team, including covering the busy reception when needed.

Good IT skills are essential, but no previous experience in a school setting is required as full training will be provided.
This is a fast-paced and demanding role, and a high level of literacy and numeracy is essential.
