Our client is currently seeking an Administrative Assistant to join their Melbourne office team. All applicants must hold full work rights to work permanently in Australia. About the role: This role will be responsible for interpreting and assisting Japanese expatriates. Perform a wide range of administrative and support duties, such as collecting key information, data entry, reports preparation and analysis Analysing daily sales and stock levels. Collaborate closely with cross-functional departments. Raising Purchase Order and update into the system Supporting with any other ad-hoc administration required. Skills and Experience: We are looking for a candidate who demonstrates the following: 1-2 years experience in an administrative role (Especially, Production or IC or Merchandise or buying Admin experience) Proven ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team. Intermediate to advanced proficiency in MS Office suite. Adept at paying attention to details, multitasking and prioritising tasks.
