The Opportunity Due to our continued growth, we are excited to offer a newly created Administration Assistant role within our People, Quality, and Culture team, based in Bayswater. This hybrid position offers the best of both worlds: 2 days in the office and the flexibility to work from home on other days. Occasionally, additional office days may be required based on business needs.
Key Responsibilities: You'll provide essential Human Resources administrative support, including:
• Uploading, monitoring, and following up on employee documentation and compliance screening in our database
• Assisting with the preparation of employment documents and reports
• Coordinating and scheduling staff training, as well as recording attendance
• Supporting internal and external audit documentation and monitoring
• Helping to update policies and procedures
• Assisting with payroll tasks, including timesheet reviews and liaising with supervisors or managers
• Responding promptly to payroll queries
About You You have 1-2 years of experience in a fast-paced administrative role (Experience in a HR environment is a plus but not essential) and possess:
• Experience with databases and online systems
• Strong skills in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
• SharePoint experience is a bonus
• High level of attention to detail
