**Job Description:**

Lithia Motors invites enthusiastic and driven individuals to apply for the part-time position of Administrative Assistant located in our Melbourne, Victoria office. As a member of our dynamic team, you will play a crucial role in supporting day-to-day operations while contributing to a positive and productive work environment. **Responsibilities:**

1. **Administrative Support**
- Provide comprehensive administrative assistance to department managers and staff, including managing schedules, organizing meetings, and coordinating travel arrangements.
- Handle incoming communications, including phone calls, emails, and mail; ensure timely and appropriate responses are provided.
- Maintain and organize electronic and physical filing systems to ensure easy access to important documents and information.

2. **Project Management**
- Assist in the planning, execution, and monitoring of projects, tracking progress and reporting on outcomes to relevant stakeholders.
- Coordinate logistics for workshops, team-building events, and company meetings, ensuring all resources are allocated effectively.

3. **Data Entry & Reporting**
- Accurately input, update, and maintain data in various databases and information management systems.
- Prepare regular reports detailing performance metrics, operational statistics, and other relevant information, as requested by management.

4. **Interdepartmental Collaboration**
- Act as a liaison between different departments to foster a cooperative work environment, ensuring clear communication and collaboration on projects and initiatives.
- Support cross-functional teams by providing administrative assistance and contributing directly to team objectives.

5. **Office Management**
- Oversee the ordering and inventory of office supplies, ensuring the office remains well-stocked and organized.
- Monitor and maintain office equipment, coordinating repairs and service as needed.

6. **Customer Interaction**
- Greet visitors and clients warmly, ensuring they feel welcomed and informed upon arrival.
- Assist with customer inquiries and provide general information about Lithia Motors and its offerings.

**Requirements:**

- **Education and Experience:**
- A minimum of 4 years of experience in an administrative role or similar position.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and familiarity with office management software.
- Experience in project management, with a solid understanding of project lifecycle and methodologies.

- **Personality Traits:**
