The OpportunityDue to growth, we are seeking an Administrative Assistant to join our Melbourne Digital Legal Delivery practice group working Monday to Friday, 9:00 am - 5:15 pm.About the team:Our Digital Legal Delivery combines the best analytical legal minds backed by investments in cutting-edge tools and technologists.Continuing to support our clients, we deliver a holistic response to clients and our problem solvers support businesses needing invention and fresh thinking from their legal advisers alongside the technical excellence you expect from a leading global law firm.About the role:As an Administrative Assistant you will work closely with the Legal Assistants to provide administrative support to legal and business services staff to enhance our client experience.Your day will involve:Delivering high quality, accurate work whilst managing deadlines, responding to change and the competing priorities of all work.Scanning, printing, or photocopying relevant documents as and when required by the relevant practice group support colleague or Lawyer.Providing ad-hoc support to the group or division such as dealing with incoming mail, answering the telephone, amending documents and any other administrative duties.Preparing files for archiving and manage return and retrieval of files following firm guidelines.Skills & experience:This role suits a client focused individual who enjoys working collaboratively.
To be successful you will have:Impeccable attention to detail.Previous customer service experience.The ability to work five days per week in the office.Demonstrated enthusiasm and proactivity in the workplace.Knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint).Strong time management and organisational skills; ability to prioritise your time across several busy matters.Good written and verbal communication skills with a demonstrated ability to build effective relationships with stakeholders.What we offer:We're a world leading international law firm with a global team of over 5,000 professionals.
