Seekinga self-motivated Administrator with great communication and attention to detailto join our team in Dubbo

NSW Government is replacing theageing NSW regional rail fleet of XPT, XPLORER and Endeavour trains. The newtrains will improve safety, amenities, accessibility, and reliability forcustomers who travel from Sydney to many regional centres in NSW, as well asCanberra, Melbourne and Brisbane.

As part of the $2.8 billionRegional Rail Project, UGL will perform all asset management and maintenanceactivities for the new regional rail fleet of 117 rail cars, trainingsimulators and the maintenance facility in Dubbo for at least 15 years.

About the Role As the AdministrationAssistant within the Regional Rail Project, you will be required to provideorganisational and payroll support to the operations teams on the Regional RailProject.

· Coordinatepayroll, accounts, time sheeting and other payroll queries.

· Assistin coordinating monthly project reporting and inputs to ensure timely deliveryof reporting to the client and Senior Management teams.

· Recordingand maintaining Regional Rail's project documentation within various documentcontrol management platforms.

· Assistwith coordination of onboarding for new-starters, inductions, training &general ICT support.

· Generaloffice management duties, including but not limited to, minute-taking,word-processing, presentation compilation and receiving/relaying internalcommunications within the team.

· Undertakeany ad hoc projects, initiatives, tasks as directed by the Operations Manager.

Requirements About You · Previousadministration experience would be beneficial but not mandatory.

· Highlyorganised and detail oriented.

· Demonstratedability to work independently to organise and prioritise demands, handlemultiple complex tasks simultaneously, set and meet deadlines andfollow-through within a fast-paced environment with multiple and competingdemands.

· Professional,responsive, insightful, and decisive manner.

· Mustbe customer focused, team oriented, accountable and results driven.

· Proficientskills in computers: MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, email and ideally SAP.
