Administrative Assistant Greenstock Nurseries location Brisbane.
Greenstock Nurseries is a leading grower and supplier of plants throughout Queensland & interstate. We are seeking a person to join our sales team working fulltime at Elimbah, Monday to Friday 7.30am to 4pm. Your own vehicle & drivers licence are essential as there is no public transport available. This is a 12 to 15 month maternity leave contract with the possibility of a permanent position.
Duties will include but not limited to answering telephone & directing calls. Entering quotes & filing. Creating project files for orders. Data entry & invoicing. General office duties as required. Reception duties as required for staff on leave.
The successful candidate will require the following attributes project a professional image and attitude. Excellent literacy & numeracy skills, attention to detail. Quick typing speed. Sound interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to multi-task, work under pressure, prioritize tasks and adapt to constantly varying situations.
Understanding of customer satisfaction and how to achieve great results for clients. General knowledge of Microsoft Office. Able to work autonomously and as part of a team. A proactive approach, with the ability to use initiative, problem solve and work with limited supervision. Excellent time management and organization skills. A friendly and courteous manner with excellent customer service and communication skills.
