The Client

Our client is a well-regarded not-for-profit organisation specialising in apprenticeships and training for the Electrotechnology and Renewable Energy Sectors. The company is a Registered Training Organisation (RTO) and Group Training Organisation (GTO) who pride themselves on their customer service and passion for the industry. 

Due to continued growth within the business, we recruiting a new  Administration  Officer to join the GTO division.  You will join a positive and supportive team environment, where team members work together to achieve outcomes and deadlines.  Join an organisation who invest in their people and promote a positive workplace culture.  You will join the friendly team at their Pinkenba office  with on site parking available.  This is a temporary to permanent opportunity. 
 
Administration Officer
As an Administration Officer in the GTO you will work alongside a team of passionate industry experts to help support over 300 apprentices in their apprenticeship journey. This will include day to day administrative duties, data management and coordination of recruitment when required.
Answering incoming callsData entryPrinting and  filing of documentationAd hoc general administrative support      Maintain accuracy of data in multiple systems and excelBooking short courses for apprenticesCoordination of apprentice recruitmentScreening resumes for apprenticeship applicantsShortlisting candidates for bulk testingScheduling interviewsCoordination of induction paperworkBENEFITS
This position will see you working Monday to Friday 8:00am to 4.30pm
