Job Description
As an Administrative Assistant, you'll play a crucial role in supporting the leadership team's back-end operations.
Your meticulous approach to document management, data entry, and quality control will be instrumental in maintaining the organization's high standards.
You'll work with sensitive information related to child protection, requiring discretion and attention to detail.
This position offers a unique opportunity to contribute to meaningful work while developing your administrative skills in a supportive environment.

Responsibilities
Conduct thorough audits of work files using established templates and checklists
Gather and process documentation for new hires, including qualifications, background checks, and references
Upload and organize collected information into the Bright HR system with precision
Perform rigorous quality checks on all entered data to ensure accuracy and completeness
Follow and maintain complex administrative processes with meticulous attention to detail
Assist in optimizing digital filing systems for maximum efficiency and accessibility
Support the leadership team with various administrative tasks as needed
Requirements
Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high accuracy levels
Proficiency in data entry and advanced document management skills
Ability to follow and improve upon complex processes and checklists
Experience with HR systems, particularly Bright HR (preferred but not required)
Excellent organizational skills and efficient time management abilities
Capacity to handle confidential information with the utmost discretion
Adaptability to potentially expand role responsibilities as the organization grows
Comfortable working in a virtual environment with minimal supervision
Passion for contributing to social causes and child welfare initiatives a plus
