About us AMG Accountants + Advisors is a well-established private practice accounting firm with a long history of excellent client service.
We are seeking an enthusiastic Administrative Assistant to join our team.
Our firm is located in Spring Hill, just a five minute walk from Central Station.

Great work life balance Quarterly social functions and monthly team lunches Dedicated staff games room with table tennis The role You will be joining a small administrative support team who work alongside the partners, accountants and bookkeepers.
The administrative support team are responsible for:
CollationsProcessing correspondence received via email, mail + ATOmateASIC / corporate complianceATO lodgmentsDocuSignRegistrations (ATO/ABR)MYOB AE database updatesReception overflow duties when required (phone calls, greeting clients, scanning and filing)Provide all necessary office support to the team, both on and offshoreExperience and skills Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel skillsAbility to multi-task and manage time effectively Ability to work both independently and as part of a teamExperience working in an accounting firm highly regarded but not essential About you Client focussed: committed to providing exceptional client service across all channels – written, phone and face to face 
Communication: the ability to communicate clearly and concisely
Commerciality: ability to apply knowledge in a practical, commercial manner.

Time management/organisation: accomplish objectives effectively within time frame given and carry out duties in an efficient and timely manner.
