The Position  We are looking for a motivated, enthusiastic and friendly person to join the Administration team at our Milton Office for immediate start. 
Main duties include:  Providing Superior Customer Service via telephone and/or email 
Processing consumable orders and invoicing 
Monitoring automated customer services systems 
Courier follow ups. 
Purchase Ordering 
Stock receipt and monitoring of levels 
Reception (shared duties) 
Ad hoc administrative support as required. 
Ideal attributes: Friendly and Professional telephone manner 
Able to communicate and negotiate effectively and professionally with a range of clients and/or colleagues with a strong customer retention focus. 
Proactive self-starter who can think outside the box. 
Ability to prioritise and manage time efficiently. 
Some administrative and/or customer service experience will be beneficial. 
Must be a cooperative and committed team player.
