Part time to full timeLong term employmentTraining and skills developmentGenerous remuneration referable to skills and experiencePotential to work from home one day a weekFlexible shifts 3 days a week, with the potential to work more as skills and responsibilities increase Key Responsibilities Downloading files from emails to project folders.Handling incoming and outgoing mail, including sorting, distributing and processing mail as required;Digital file management and administration.Update and maintain priority sheets to assist office with organization and work flow.Maintain and update quote databases and contract lists with accurate information;Assist with the invoicing and payment of office admin bills.Reviewing of invoices and some light bookkeeping.Initial research of new products and suppliers via web investigations and contacting suppliers. Requirements To be considered for the role you must have the following qualifications and technical knowledge:
Reliable and punctual
Valid Australian Driver's licenseStrong interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with clients and colleagues at all levels.Ability to multitask, organisational skills, and ability to recognise priorities; andProficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, and OneNote).Good communication skillsAble to follow set proceduresAbility to prioritise work and multitaskProblem solving skillsThe following skills would be very well regarded, but not essential:
